Marc Smith
President
Marc Smith joined Magnolia Financial in 2004 as Vice President and has worked in a variety of roles including Sales, Operations, and Underwriting/Credit. He was named President in 2016 and is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company. Prior to joining Magnolia, he served as a Financial Associate for a Fortune 500 Company. He brings more than 25 years of financial industry experience to Magnolia. Mr. Smith graduated from the College of William and Mary with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and later earned his MBA in Strategy and Management from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
Jessica O’Bryant
Chief Operations Officer
Jessica joined Magnolia in 2006 as a staff accountant and now oversees Underwriting and Credit as our Chief Operations Officer. She has experience across all levels of Magnolia from back-office support to customer service. Jessica holds both a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s in Business Administration from North Greenville University.
Chris Eblen
Operations and Credit Manager
Chris joined Magnolia Financial in 2021 as Vice-President, Credit Manager. Before joining Magnolia, Chris worked for more than 20 years in financial services as a Bank Branch Manager in Tennessee, West Virginia, and South Carolina. Chris holds a B.S. degree in Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and an MBA from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina, Columbia.
